Complaint rates above 0.3% or bounce rates above 5% may trigger account review, throttling or suspension. We enforce this to protect deliverability for all customers.
Plans are billed in INR, monthly or yearly in advance. GST invoices are issued on every payment. Unused email credits do not roll over. Refunds per our Refund Policy.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for sending infrastructure. Service credits apply for verified breaches per the SLA schedule.
Liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
