Account data (name, email, company, GSTIN for invoicing), usage data (campaigns sent, delivery statistics), and subscriber data you upload for sending. We process subscriber data solely as a processor on your instructions.

• To prevent abuse and maintain deliverability standards
• To provide support

4. Data residency

Email processing occurs on AWS Mumbai (India) infrastructure. Backups are encrypted and stored within India.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support. Subscriber data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
