Every plan can be evaluated free before payment — we encourage full testing during trial so you buy with confidence.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; service continues until the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refunds on partial months.
Yearly subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of first payment receive a full refund if fewer than 10,000 emails were sent. After 14 days, the remaining unused full months are refundable at the equivalent monthly rate.
Accounts suspended for Terms violations (spam, abuse) are not eligible for refunds.
